1mg sodium fluoride+3mg potassium oxalate per 1ml of blood,
preparation
=========
4 gm sodium fluoride+12 gm potassium oxalate dissolve in 200 ml of water adjusted to pH 7.4 and then dried tubes at 95 degree before use
